Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/3 c. Coconut cream

  • 1/3 c. Coconut milk

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1/2 c. Ice optional for extra frozen!

  • Dash of cinnamon —for garnish

  • 1 tbsp cocowhip


Directions

Blend everything except your cocowhip and cinnamon! Once blended, spread your cocowhip around the sides of the glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top!
