This definitely may be a 2 or even 3 parter. There are so many ingredients you can swap that hold no difference in your standard recipes. I find, it is the most crucial to remember and be aware what ingredients we are putting in our meals. And although it’s hard not always knowing what is in our foods…especially when going out to eat and the EXTREME “nutrition” labels, that we see…we can at-least be aware most of the time and help ourselves along the way.
