Cancellation Policy

SWEAT by Hannah LLC Liability Waiver & Release Agreement RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK By submitting this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that SWEAT by Hannah LLC, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates are NOT LIABLE for any injury, illness, death, or damage that may occur while participating in any fitness activities at this facility. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that engaging in physical activities, including but not limited to weight training, high-intensity workouts, cardiovascular exercises, and group classes at SWEAT by Hannah LLC, involves significant risks of injury, including but not limited to: Strains, sprains, fractures, and broken bones Heart-related issues, including heart attack or stroke Paralysis, permanent disability, or death Equipment malfunction, improper use, or accidents Risks associated with other participants in the facility I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation, whether known or unknown, and understand that SWEAT by Hannah LLC is NOT responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or damages that may occur. WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE OF CLAIMS I fully and forever waive, release, and discharge SWEAT by Hannah LLC, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, including those arising from negligence or any other legal theory. This release applies to any and all injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained before, during, or after my participation in any fitness classes, personal training, or related activities at SWEAT by Hannah LLC. MEDICAL CLEARANCE & RESPONSIBILITY I confirm that: I am in good physical condition and have no medical limitations that would prevent me from safely participating in exercise. I understand that SWEAT by Hannah LLC is NOT responsible for determining whether I am fit to engage in fitness activities. If I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, I will stop exercising and seek medical attention. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SWEAT by Hannah LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, attorney’s fees, and costs arising from my participation in activities at the facility. EQUIPMENT & FACILITY USAGE I understand that I am using all equipment and facilities at my own risk. SWEAT by Hannah LLC is not responsible for any injuries or misuse of equipment.
